I have to admit my favourite actresses growing up were Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen and I may or may not have gotten a little too excited when I found some of their make-up products. I recently purchased their duo concealer and thought I would do a review.
The concealer is both crayon and liquid and comes with a free setting powder that I haven’t tried out yet.
I always apply concealer around my under eye area as I have really bad dark circles due to health issues. I’ve struggled to find a concealer that really gave me full coverage and was surprised when this worked. I applied one coat of the liquid liner under my eyes and presto there was no trace of any dark circles.
Not only is this great coverage it lasts all day. I used this product and didn’t even need my foundation!
I really do recommend this product to anyone with similar issues or even if you don’t like wearing a lot of make-up in the summer this product is PERFECT.

Veet Face Wax Strips Review.
This is the first time I’ve used wax strips so it took me awhile to use these right, but I got there eventually haha.
Firstly everyone says waxing is painful, it’s honestly not that bad if you do it right. Yes, it hurts a little but its not major painful.
I thought I’d mention that it advises you to use talcum powder to make sure there’s no moisture. The one I used is pictured above.
Basically all you do is apply a strip to one side of your lip rub in the direction your hair grows (away from your nose) then pull off. Do the same again until all hair is gone. Repeat on the other side. Simple. Most of my hair came off in the first go.
A lot of the wax came off on to my lip so I used one of the wipes which I actually didn’t like. They did what they were suppose to do but they felt horrible.
I would use these again and I would recommend them.
What I bought:
Collection 2000 Bronze Me Instant Tan for face and body light/medium x2. I bought this because I’ve heard good things about it and wanted to try it for myself. I’m gonna do a review but one thing I already like is its wash off. I hate using fake tan for it to come out horrible and not be able to get it off. These were in a clearance sale at Wilkinsons for £1 each.
Veet Wax Strips. I bought the face and body ones. The body ones are for sensitive skin and the face ones are for normal skin. There both packs of 20 and come with 4 finish wipes. I wanted to review different types of shaving/waxing products as we’re coming up to summer. The body strips were in the sale at Wilkinsons for £4 and the face strips were in the same sale for £3.50.
Bourjois Paris water-based liptints x3 in shades 86-Cyber Cassis, 88-Neo Caramel and 87-Praline Digitale. I like most Bourjois Paris products so I wanted to try these. There’s a review coming soon. These were £1 each from Poundland (BARGAIN!!)
Collection 2000 Fix Me Up. I bought this for my sister and she loved it so I wanted one for myself. I saw this in the clearance at Wilkinsons for £1 and instantly hoped they had more than just one left, but they didn’t :(

I thought I would update y’all on how my diet and everything is going. I got weighed today and I have lost 26lbs altogether and I am SO excited about it! I frequently get asked what exercise I am doing and what my diet is so I thought I would make a blog about it.
For exercise I am still doing the 30 Second Slim DVD by Josie Gibson and I have to admit I have grown to love it. I do it 5 times a week and when I finish college I will hopefully be able to start doing it everyday. I am currently on Level 2 and I am using weights. I also try and do some kind of cardio 3 days a week like walking or jogging. From next week I’m going to be doing some strength training to try and tone up my arms, thighs and stomach.
For my diet I eat 800 calories in the week and then 1,200 on the weekend. This allows me to eat low calories by confusing my body so it doesn’t go into starvation mode. I’m on a high protein low carbohydrate diet. For breakfast I usually have a piece of fruit and a sugar free cup of coffee. For lunch and dinner I eat things like Salad, egg whites with vegetables mixed in, Chicken, Samon and Weight watchers meals. I avoid things like Pasta, Rice, Bread, Cheese, Potatoes, etc. I try and get any diary I need from Fat Free Greek Yoghurt it’s low calorie, low sugar and fat free. I ONLY drink water. Avoid sugary drinks at ALL cost.
I am taking vitamins to make sure my body is getting everything it needs as my calorie intake is so low.
Set yourself some goals, make sure they are realistic, get a calender and mark on when you want to have completed each of these goals by. Place the calender on your bedroom door so you see it every morning you wake up. This will give you some motivation to complete each of the goals.
Do your workout in the morning so you can’t spend your time talking yourself out of doing it in the afternoon.
If you have a cheat day don’t worry your not going to pile all of the weight back on with one mistake. Just don’t see it as a reason to give up, which I have done a couple of times.
Take a photo of yourself each week so that you can track your progress. Once you see the weight coming off this will give you motivation to continue.
Don’t go shopping while your hungry, you’ll buy things you don’t want too because your body will crave them.
Keep track off what your eating so you don’t eat to much.

Strawberries and low fat Greek Yoghurt.
This is absolutely delicious and can be eaten as a snack or a meal. I had this for my lunch earlier. It’s a healthier alternative to Strawberries and cream with the same great taste.
